RESET :

ALIGNMENT :
A yoga focused on posture and precision, perfect for developing balance and inner strength.
PILATES :
Controlled, targeted movements to strengthen your core and improve your posture.
YOGALATES :
It's a practice that fuses yoga and Pilates, combining the postures and breathing of yoga with the muscle strengthening and stability of Pilates. This class improves flexibility, posture, muscle tone and relaxation.
RESTORATIVE SOUND BATH :
This practice aims to calm the mind, relax the body and promote well-being, facilitating deep relaxation and the release of stress.
