A graduate of McGill, I have been working in the wellness industry since 1998. My experience has led me to develop a coaching approach integrating training, a balanced diet, stress management through breathing/meditation, improving mobility and posture through assisted stretching/massage in order to help my clients have a balanced lifestyle. Vsquare Fitness was created as a private space to support this method.

As a certified specialist in chronic pain rehabilitation, motivational interviewing and yoga, I can adapt your training to your reality, while helping you improve your overall health. I also specialize in endurance sports such as running, triathlon and cross-country skiing. My passion led me to study kinesiology. It's an integral and essential part of my life, and it's now my pleasure to pass on this passion to others and guide them towards a more active life.

JEANNE CAILLON

With a master's degree in marketing, I worked for 6 years in advertising companies and agencies before choosing to reorient my career towards a field aligned with my deepest values: well-being. Since then, I've developed a holistic approach that combines the teaching of yoga, meditation and pilates, with ongoing learning of disciplines related to health and prevention. Currently studying naturopathy, I'm passionate about how the human body works and determined to pass on tools for overall well-being. I accompany my students in their quest for balance, encouraging the connection between body and mind to help them live better every day. Even though I spent most of my childhood playing field hockey, I unfortunately hated training. I was always the smallest and weakest player on the team and thought I was just born that way. It wasn't until my mid-twenties that I discovered the gym. Since then, my relationship with exercise has changed completely. Maya Stewart Pathak was introduced to yoga by her family and Brahmin ancestors. She completed her 200hr YTT at Downward Dog, Toronto, and continued to study Hatha, Vipasanna, Kundalini. She completed her prenatal/postnatal YTT at Espace Varana and her yin YTT at Yoga Sangha, in Montreal. Her style respectfully blends methodologies, promoting flexibility, connectivity and breath capacity.

I've always taken part in sports such as swimming, gymnastics and karate. As I got older, I discovered running and fitness. Today, I practice these complementary physical activities on a regular basis. I love sport because it has the capacity to provide both mental and physical well-being. I also enjoy yoga, pilates and hiking as a complement to my other physical activities.

Today, I'm lucky enough to be working at Vsquare fitness, surrounded by people who are passionate about sport and want to help people achieve their goals.

Having grown up with a love of the world of sport, I've always been fascinated by the body's ability to adapt and improve through proper training and a balanced diet. I've taken part in a wide range of sports, including tennis, swimming, martial arts and bodybuilding, which have enabled me to develop and surpass myself both physically and mentally. With a Master's degree in Physical Activity Sciences from the UdeS, I believe that engaging in regular physical activity is essential for a healthy and sustainable life, thus contributing to optimal longevity. 

The significant prevalence of injury and pain among the people around me prompted me to develop my knowledge of training and prevention. Whatever your goals, my aim is to help you reach your full physical and mental potential, while limiting the occurrence of injuries. See you soon at Vsquare!

Passionate about the holistic approach to healing through herbal medicine, Ayurvedic massage and yoga philosophy using specific techniques to understand and connect with: mind, body and soul.
Life-long student and graduate of 215H of Yoga for all styles and levels from the Yogamu School in India, and having taught in several countries and studios in Canada, France and Brazil.
I teach my classes in a very intuitive way; I focus a lot on aligning the body through the asanas (postures), intuitive movements and breathing so as to benefit from all the benefits of traditional yoga.

LUCIE BLANCHET

YOGA INSTRUCTOR

Lucie Blanchet has been practicing yoga for many years. With a very active career in the corporate world, her assiduous and disciplined practice has become a fundamental component of her personal and professional balance, bringing benefits far beyond her mat.
This realization led her to want to share the benefits around her, prompting her to become a certified yoga teacher in 2024. She is also certified in Yin yoga. Her Vinyasa classes are rhythmically aligned, dynamic and accessible, with variations to suit all levels.
