FITNESS ASSESSMENT

The first session begins with a discussion of your current situation, your training and injury history, your motivations and concerns, and your goals. This is followed by a personalized fitness assessment. In line with your goals, we can assess your posture, cardiovascular capacity, strength, lifestyle habits, body composition, measure any muscle imbalances, mobility, etc...


This is the most important appointment, as it allows us to get to know you and develop an appropriate plan. Following the session, your kinesiologist will draw up a personalized action plan with you.

second session

During this session with your kinesiologist, you'll discover your personalized training plan. Under her supervision, you'll try out each exercise, ensuring that you fully understand the movements and adopt the right technique for each exercise.

After this session, you'll be confident in your ability to perform the exercises correctly.

FOLLOW-UP SESSIONS

To optimize your results, we recommend that you meet with your kinesiologist on a regular basis. With these follow-up sessions, you'll be able to maintain a solid exercise technique, progress safely, get out of your comfort zone, quickly readjust your plan as you progress, and improve other aspects such as flexibility, cardiovascular capacity, mobility, breathing, posture and strength to reach your initial goals.
