Our goal is simple: to help Quebec's Food Banks fight hunger. We firmly believe that everyone should have the opportunity to eat properly. That's why we encourage all our members to make a voluntary donation, whatever the amount, during each race session. All donations collected are donated in full to the Banques Alimentaires du Québec in support of their essential mission.

During this high-intensity session, you'll be challenged with a series of rigorously selected exercises to refine your technique, improve your coordination and increase your reaction capacity. You'll also work on :
Plyometrics, to develop explosive strength and spectacular relaxation; sprints and agility workshops, to gain speed of movement and efficiency when changing direction; resistance and power exercises, to forge an athletic, resilient body.
