JOIN OUR WEEKLY RUNNING CLUB!

Join our dynamic running group for a unique experience, improve your endurance and share unforgettable moments! Every Tuesday morning at 7 a.m. and Thursday afternoon at 4:30 p.m., we get together to explore different routes in Old Montreal, take on new challenges and, above all, run together in good spirits.

Our running sessions are open to everyone, whatever your level. Whether you're a beginner looking for your first kilometers or an experienced runner aiming to improve your performance, you'll find unrivalled support and motivation. Supervised by passionate and experienced coaches, you'll benefit from personalized advice to help you reach your goals, whether you're running your first 5 km or preparing for a marathon.

Our group is much more than just a sporting event; it's a warm community where bonds are forged naturally around a shared passion for running. Each session is an opportunity to share, learn and excel, all in a spirit of camaraderie.
