The magic of Christmas starts now! To celebrate this magical time together, we've put together an Advent Calendar from December 1 to 24. Every day, you'll have the opportunity to discover surprises and take part in a game to try and win exclusive gifts!
How does it work?
REGISTRATION. Register on the Advent Calendar board set up in our studio. Registration can also be done remotely (e-mail, phone calls, social networks...), we'll register you.
ONE VISIT = 1 POINT. We register you on the board. If you sign up for a group, private or free training course, this takes 1 point.
ONE TAG = 1 POINT. Tag us on Instagram @vsquarefit taking on a sports challenge of your choice (running, weight training, workout, meditation, yoga... ) whether in the studio, at home or outside, as long as you're moving or taking care of yourself, it counts! Remember to use #noelavecvsquare 😉
ONE CHALLENGE = 2 POINTS. Looking for inspiration? Don't panic, we've also prepared some video challenges for you to complete. On December 1, 6, 15 and 24, these challenges will be shared on Instagram or at the studio (on the chalkboard). For proof, tag a video on Instagram or come directly to the studio to complete the challenge!
The more you show up, the more challenges you take on, the more you tag us and the more chances you have of winning a great gift. Remember to use #noelavecvsquare. Every day is a new chance to win, so participate as much as you can to maximize your chances. And above all, have fun!

*Contest rules: The contest begins on December 1 and ends on December 24. Results will be announced on January 3, 2025. Points are counted as follows: one visit to the studio (private class, free training, group class, corpo...) = 1 point, one tag on Instagram (story, reel, post...) = 1 point. Winners will be contacted by email and have 48 hours to respond and claim the prize. After 48 hours, the next person on the list will be chosen, and so on.
